PERFECT FRIED EGG RECIPE
INGREDIENTS: 2 Large Eggs • 1 tbsp Butter or Oil • Salt and Black Pepper to taste • Optional: Fresh Herbs
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat the Pan: Place a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and add butter.
- Crack the Eggs: Once the butter melts and shimmers, crack the eggs gently into the pan.
- Cook: Cook for 2-3 minutes until the whites are completely set but the yolks are still runny.
- Season: Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Slide onto a plate and serve immediately!
